An ordinary kitchen is reconstructed into “treasure chest” on a recent episode of “House Crashers,” one of the most popular shows on the DIY Network with over 11 million viewers. The show is hosted by the licensed contractor and ultimate house expert Josh Temple, who along with his outgoing personality and  “You’re smiling cause I’m coming at ya,” trademark approach convinces couples to let him and his team redo parts of their home.

“You got no color in here, no flavor, “ Temple says to the archeologist and his wife  describing their 1940’s style kitchen in the episode entitled “Indoor/Outdoor Kitchen.” The young couple admit to Temple the kind of dream kitchen they’ve always wanted – an indoor/outdoor extended complete with deck lounge. Temple, his tenacious demolition team and the couple’s “hipster” friends create the most amazing kitchen using the ancient old Japanese recycling lumber method called “Shou-Sugi-Ban.” The once plain white and outdated kitchen is soon transformed into a beautiful and sleek one complete with the BLANCO Kontrole Faucet and Precision Sink.

When licensed contractor James Young says he hates your kitchen… he means it! The host of the popular series “I Hate My Kitchen” on the DIY Network helps homeowners renovate their dream home without breaking the bank! Reaching over millions of viewers, in the episode entitled “Vintage Charm With Modern Flair, Young transforms a young couple’s outdated & vintage kitchen into a modern, stylish one complete with new tools and appliances – all on an affordable and smart budget!

“The nastier, the better,” Young tells the homeowners as he tears up their old kitchen in front of them. With the help of the young couple, the host removes worn out cabinets, tosses old appliances, destroys countertops and rips up floors replacing everything with spanking new materials and innovative appliances making the kitchen far more functional and beautiful than before.

“We are bringing some durability into your life,” says Young to the couple as he unveils their gorgeous new BLANCO Silgranit Precis Super Single sink in anthracite. “It’s so much bigger than our other sink!” fires back the homeowner. The BLANCO sink complete with stainless steel grid is complimented with the stunning BLANCO Grace Faucet with side spray in satin nickel adding glamour and sophistication to the home.
